I Need A Blender!
Wednesday, November 16th, 2005Why on earth I don’t get a blender as my wedding gift? Why? Why? I did get 2 rice cooker, 2 oven (which I do wished I can changed one of them to a vacuum cleaner), 2 iron, 1 sandwich maker, 1 toaster, 2 kettle and zillions of pinggan mangkuk (which undoubtly I’ll reused it as my wedding gift to others).
Without a blender, my masakan become a disaster! Hahhaa, what a lame excuse! But, some point of it is true. Using a cili boh that we buy from a shop won’t give the same taste as the cili boh kisar sendiri! And that’s why my dear Sham, why my cook taste funny when involved cili boh as the ingredients. The raw material’s specification is NG during incoming inspection, but since no more buffer stock, I need to use which ever available during in-process and it makes my outgoing products not meeting customer satisfaction!!!
It is the material and machine fault. The method and manpower is excellent, you know!
